The International Original Print Exhibition opened this week at Bankside Gallery in London, at the home of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (RE Printmakers). The artworks are available to take away after the exhibition ends on 16 November.
I am exhibiting a very new woodcut from my latest body of work, Theatre of the Yellow Rock Fort, in which I turn to performance and video as an extension of my process. The exhibited woodcut "Shadow dancer" is a translation of that performance into sculpture and subsequently into print.
Please contact Natalie Suggitt via email at Bankside Gallery in London, if you are interested in this woodcut. The gallery is open daily from 11am - 6pm so please pop in if you have a moment. I will be in the gallery on Sunday 9 November for an Artist Meet and Greet, so join in any time from 14:30-16:30.
