8 layer reduction woodblock print on heavy 100% cotton paper, a moment captured in a valley in the Cederberg.  For a number of years, we've spent a few glorious days each year, at the end of the summer, at the off-grid homestead called Glen Donald, on the Olifants River.  This woodcut captures the curve in the river and swimming spot known as "Visgat" loosely translated to fishing hole. A calm and sophisticated almost monochromatic palette.
